General overview

The perfect holiday house for family or friends vacation ! Made of exotic wood, on a 3,000 sqm (320,000 sqft) plot of land located in the middle of corn fields and pine trees. Private pool (10m X 5m) surrounded by exotic wood deck, large terrace and covered deck. hidden from neighbors or street view.

The space

In the main building (120 sqm) Spacious living area with open kitchen, separated pantry and dining with wooden floor. Well equipped kitchen with all necessary equipment (over, stove, 2 fridges, dishwasher ...). Bathroom, separated toilet, 2 bedrooms (one with direct access to terrace), dressing. In the annex building : 2 bedrooms separated by curtain, bunk beds, bathroom sink and separated toilet in one room, single bed in the other room. Both room have direct access to deck and pool. Great outdoor covered terrace overlooking swimming pool and deck.

Guest access

Everything on the same floor inside the house and the annex. Deck pool 2 steps lower than the main building.

Notes

A lot of charm and atmosphere, ideal to relax, enjoy the pool, the nature and the calm.
