General overview
Big spacious house with a big fenced yard. We put in a lot of love to this house as we customized and maintained everything by ourselves. The neighborhood is safe and friendly. You will be a block away from main street restaurants and train station. NJTransit will take you directly to NYC without transfers. This is a great place to be if you want the freedom to withdrawal from the city vibes while keeping accessibility.
We also have a separate in-law 1 bedroom suite in our house that has a complete separate access. This 1 bedroom has more availability.
The space
First floor is our main living space with a fireplace, big open kitchen, and dining area, and another living room.
Second floor has 4 bedrooms. We had set up one of the four to be an office since we both worked remotely from home for the most part. So you are welcome to leverage the standup desk and monitors. We also have 2 cribs in two separate bedrooms if you are traveling with small children. 2 full bathrooms on the 2nd floor too.

Basement is another separate area with a living room, fireplace, kitchen, full bathroom and a bedroom space. It has a separate entrance from the outside that is completely isolated from the other two levels.

We also have a big fenced backyard with BBQ, Gas bonfire, and Jacuzzi in the yard. Great to rewind after a long day.

3 stories in total including basement floor. 2 car garage spaces. You are welcome to use our cars.
Notes
We will be leaving behind our dog and our cat at home while traveling. Our cat Pepper is an domestic cat that never goes out. So please make sure that door are shut properly when you let out the dog. She is very independent, and will probably in hiding for the most part. Our dog Pippi is about 10 years old now. She can either let out to the backyard to do her business, or if you have time, please take her for a walk. She is very much a coach potato and loves belly rubs and cuddles.

2. You are surrounded by three great counties, Morris, Essex and Union. Mall, Groceries, Hospitals are within 10 min of driving distance.
3. Main street of Chatham and Madison is a charming little town vibe.
4. 15 min drive of National park - Great Swamp. 5. This is an in-between place where you have the access to the great NYC vibe but also enjoy a bon-fire in the backyard with Jacuzzis.
