Escape to our spacious Bali villa, ideally located just 5-8 minutes from the beach. This beautifully designed home features three bedrooms, each with an en suite bath for ultimate privacy and comfort. The upper level includes one king bedroom and one queen bedroom, while the ground floor boasts another king bedroom, perfect for families or groups. Enjoy a closed living concept with an open-plan living room and kitchen downstairs, highlighted by large windows and sliding glass doors that lead you to the serene pool and garden area. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, and essential cooking materials, ideal for preparing meals during your stay. Additional amenities include a garage to securely store rented scooters, washing machine, and bi-weekly visits from a pool cleaner and house cleaner to ensure everything is maintained perfectly. The Space

Very roomy for Bali Villa! We are an 5-8 minute ride to the beach. 3 bedrooms-Each bedroom has an en suite bath. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs- 1 king bed and 1 queen bed. The bedroom downstairs is a king bed. It is a closed living concept with the living room and kitchen downstairs. Beautiful windows and sliding glass doors open up to the pool and garden area. Kitchen is equipped with oven, stove and cooking materials if needed. The washing machine is located outside in a covered area. Clothes can be dried on the drying rack in the sun. There is also a garage to keep rented scooters and car protected. Pool cleaner and house cleaner come 2x a week.

Guest Access

Combo lock for garage and key for door. There are many little steps up and down here and there. It's just part of Indonesian architecture. The house is two story. Bedrooms are upstairs; living area and kitchen are downstairs.

Notes

The Gang (alley/street) we live on is one lane. It is plenty wide for a car to drive on to drop you off and pick you up. We do have a garage that will fit a car, but the angle to turn in and park in the garage is rather difficult. It is best to rent scooters to get around while you a here or just use Grab.

Neighbourhood

The are many of warungs (restaurants) in the area that you can walk to within 3-10 min. but not many sidewalks. There is a nice grocery store just around the corner (3-5 min walk). We have a washer and drying rack, but there are many convenient laundry services nearby as well. The beach is an 5-8 min scooter ride.

Getting to my home

When you arrive in Bali, there are many drivers at the airport ready to help you. There is also a way to get a Grab- Grab Lounge International Ngurah Rai Airport.

I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport is 30-40 min (14km) away depending on time of day.

Getting Around

Most bepeople travel by Grab and Gojek (the Lyft/Uber of Asia). These are very afforable and readily available! The are many of warungs (restaurants) in the area that you can walk to within 3-10 min. but not many sidewalks. It is best to take car or scooter.
