General Overview
Our apartment lies on the third floor of a small apartment complex near Salzburg city center.
The Space
We have a balcony with a nice view of Untersberg, where we like to have meals or relax in the evenings. The kitchen is brand new (re-done in May 2018) and fully equipped, bathroom and separate toilet a bit older, but in perfect working condition. There is a bedroom and a living room with a sleeping sofa for two more people.

Notes
Salzburg is a perfect place for people interested in music, culture and museums. The summer and Easter festivals are particularly popular, but there is something going on all year long. In winter time, there are romantic Christmas markets and, again, lots of music. It is also conveniently located for excursions to Salzkammergut, or to one of the beautiful lakes near Salzburg.
Of course, you can also go see where Mozart grew up, or the sites of The Sound of Music.
Salzburg city offers a lot of attractions (https://www.salzburg.info/en/sights/top10), and so does the county of Salzburg (https://www.salzburgerland.com/de/top-ausflugsziele/ )
If you feel like exploring a bit further, there is Salzburg Airport with good connections all over Europe, and also trains to Munich (1 hour), Vienna (2 hours), and many other places within easy reach.

Neighbourhood
The apartment lies in a quiet and green residential area with nice walks along a little river or across the fields. We like to walk to Leopoldskroner Weier along Almkanal, or even to the city center if we feel motivated.
Getting Around
Next to the apartment, you can find a good sized grocery store, and a pharmacy. By bus, you can reach the city centre within 10 minutes, the train station within 20 minutes. The bus stop is only 2 minutes away.
We also have four bicycles for our guests.

Me and my two friends had a wonderful stay at Eva's place. Its easy to get an uber to and from her place to the city centre which is about £15gbp. We spent three nights at evas and it was lovely and warm to get to after being in the cold! Plenty of towels and linens and just a nice place to base ourselves. Eva was great at communicating with us and giving us recommendations for our stay. Thanks so much -
Thank you Eva for a wonderful weekend in Salzburg! Our first Pluto for a weekend stay and we loved exploring the city of Salzburg and all its Christmas charm. Eva’s apartment is less than 5kms from the centre of town so we could easily walk or take a bus to see all the sights. Eva was also super helpful and answered all our questions quickly and efficiently. Thanks Eva! -
Eva's house has been very warm, we did not know her and a neighbor opened the door for us. There is a bus that takes you to the city in 30 minutes. We had a great time and the house has what we need. -
We had a great time in Salzburg and really enjoyed our stay in Eva's appartment. We had all we need , the bed is really confortable , living room is big and the new kitchen really nice. We had a parking space just in front of the building. Communication with Eva was perfect ! Thank you so much Eva for your warm welcome and tips! You are welcomed in Paris whenever you want :-D -
We had a fantastic time in Eva's apartment. It had everything we needed. The apartment is in a quite neighborhood and with the direct bus we reached to the city centre in less than 20 minutes. We enjoyed a lot our 5 days in Salzburg. The city is just beautiful with so many things to visit and to do! We also visited some of the lakes around with their stunning view of the Alps, and some wonderful villages. We would like to thank Eva for preparing the apartment for us because it wasn't easy for her. -

We stayed at Eva's home during August 2022. We had a very pleasant and easy communication via WhatsApp before and during the exchange. The apartment is very convenient to visit the city and at the same time has easy access to explore the beautiful lakes and mountains near Salzburg. We highly recommend an exchange with Eva and her family. -

Eva has a wonderful apartment with incredible views and a very good bus combination to get to the center. The bus stop is just below, there is a supermarket, pharmacy and bakery next door. It is in a quiet area, with little noise, in the morning you could hear the birds singing. We were in contact the whole time we were there and he helped us with all the doubts. -
