Large single family in the heart of Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Close to the University, restaurants, theater, bike paths, the YMCA, and all Eau Claire has to offer. Eau Claire is a great home base for exploring northern and Central Wisconsin and Minnesota. The home neighbors a nature preserve with a walking/biking trail. It has six bedrooms (two with attached baths) and another two rooms that can be used as bathrooms. It has six bathrooms and a very large wooded backyard.
