General overview
Our snug, quiet condo was beautifully remodeled just a few years ago and is in perfect condition. Travel mementos and other one of a kind art works are displayed in a pretty, creative space. The location, close to excellent, varied city venues, gives easy access to the Wasatch Mountains and their numerous ski resorts. The five national parks in Utah, Zion, Bryce Canyon, Arches, Capitol Reef, and Canyonlands are within three to five hours of driving time.
The space
Our condo comes complete with a well stocked, modern kitchen, two bathrooms, two snug living spaces, a pretty bedroom with a soft queen bed and a balcony. It has close access to a heated community pool for hot summer days and a hot tub for winter soaking. The underground garage has space for a car and a storage closet for skis. All appliances and bathroom conveniences are in place.
Guest access
The condo is on the second floor, accessed by an outdoor stairway. Keys are available in a doorway lock box.

Neighbourhood
The Wasatch Mountains stack up to the east behind our condo. Located in an upscale neighborhood with a variety of shopping venues close by, visitors can easily experience mountain adventures and city life all in one day. In fifteen minutes one can be in downtown Salt Lake City or at the top of Little Cottonwood Canyon, site of Alta and Snowbird Ski Resorts. Salt Lake International Airport is a quick twenty minutes to the north. More than fifty restaurants surround our location; a cinema with twelve screens is five minutes away; six major grocery stores are nearby.
Getting around
A car is suggested but bus and light rail transportation pass close by. The ski bus stop for traveling to Alta and Snowbird in Little Cottonwood Canyon or Brighton and Solitude in Big Cottonwood Canyon is across the street from the condo. Our home has a mid valley location and is approximately 20 minutes from the airport or downtown SLC. It is about fifteen miles from the resorts in Little and Big Cottonwood Canyons.

We are retired teachers-mathematics and art-and love the great out of doors. We have hiked all over the West, Canada, and Europe and know well some excellent red rock refuges and slot canyons around Capitol Reef. We ski in the winter, love to travel, fish, bike and hike in the summer. Even though the bones are getting older, we still backpack and don’t mind sleeping on the ground occasionally. The Mr. in the duo is an excellent musician who loves Django Reinhardt, Dan Hicks, and lots of other eclectic artists; he performs with his band under the stage name, Johnny Star. The Mrs. is into art of every sort but loves to putter around in clay and printmaking.
