General Overview
Our home is on 1.6 acres and is the 2nd to the last house on the road, which gives you a genuine sense of privacy. There is a large covered deck to take in the beautiful long range view of the Smoky Mountains and a large side deck with a fire pit. Our home is only 35 minutes from downtown Asheville, 40 minutes from the Asheville airport, and a 20 minute drive from quaint and picturesque downtown Waynesville. We are also located 15 minutes from Maggie Valley.
It's a cozy cabin with lots of outdoor space. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, AC mini-split units throughout, and it's nicely decorated as it's been on the vacation rental market for several years.
