My cozy, two storey home is in the west end of the vibrant capital city of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, "Gateway to the North" known for its rich cultural heritage, bustling urban centers, and serene natural landscapes. My home features a soaring 18 foot high ceiling in the front entrance and 9 foot ceilings throughout, a living room with a cozy gas fireplace, a bright, spacious kitchen with an island, plenty of counter space and a walk-in pantry. The upper level great room (plenty of space for kids to play) has a vaulted ceiling with skylights and large windows. The master bedroom (queen bed) with ensuite (jacuzzi tub and shower), spare bedroom with two twin beds, and full bathroom with tub and shower are also on the upper level. There is an extremely large bedroom (double bed) and newly renovated bathroom with shower in the basement. The dining area door opens to a deck, and a fenced and gated backyard.
From the main level there are stairs to the upper level (great room and two bedrooms) and stairs to the basement (one bedroom)
