General overview
My apartment is sunny, airy, and roomy. Just an 8 minute walk from Givat Aliya beach and one minute from the Tel Aviv light rail stop taking you directly into the heart of Tel Aviv. 2 sweet and harmless cats to keep you company and provide cuddles :)
The space
The bedroom has a large Queen size bed and plenty of cabinet space for clothing
The living area has a couch which pulls out to a queen size bed.
There is a workstation area connected to the living area with a desk and additional couch (could sleep a small child). Adjustable dumbbells for exercise.
Large windows open up and let in plenty of sunlight.
Guest access
The apartment is on the second floor of a 3 story building.
Keys will be provided as there is no electric code.
Notes
The apartment is in a complex of units similar to this one with a large shared courtyard. Lovely spot to have picnics outside and near the home with grass, trees, flowers, sun and shade.

The neighborhood is very diverse with many cultures, shapes and sizes.
Nearest airport
Ben Gurion Airport is a 20-25 minute taxi ride from the flat. The rate is generally 140-180 Shekel
Getting around
The Tel Aviv light rail is not yet open to the public, but should be pretty soon. It has a stop 1 minute away from the flat and will take you directly into the heart of Jaffa and Tel Aviv, all the way up to Ramat Gan and Petach Tikva.
There are a few bus stops within a 5 minute walk form the apartment as well which will take you local and to the Israel Rail Trains stations around tel aviv and the Central Bus Station.
There is an Israel Rail train station (Wolfson-Holon) a 10 minute walk from the flat. This train will take you into Tel Aviv as well as out of Tel Aviv; Jerusalem, Haifa, Beer Sheva, Modiin - really anywhere as North as Haifa and as south as Beer Sheva.
There are a number of scooter apps such as Lime, Wind, Byrd, Dott, and maybe one or 2 others. You can find scooters all over the place and make getting around very easy and convenient. Stay on the scooter/bike paths! Drivers in this area might not be what you're used to.
Renting cars are simple, especially with the car share apps such as AutoTel, GoTo, and Sixt Share. You can rent cars per minute, hour, or day and you can find these cars scatterted around the city.
I also have a bicycle which you can use to get around anywhere. You are welcome to use it.
I recommend walking around the area! Jaffa is a very unique and special spot and has a lot of different parts to it.

Across from a local football pitch
6-8 minute walk to Givat Aliya beach
15 minute walk from the the Pishpishim Market (Flea Market, bars, restaurants)
15 minute walk from the Old City of Jaffa and Jaffa Beach
5 minute walk from Yefet Street. Groceries, fruits, veggies, butchers, fresh fish, cafes, etc.
