Here, you wake up to incredible views from every window and feel the tranquility of being surrounded by our tropical forest. The space is cozy, with a spacious living room integrated with the kitchen and a wood-burning stove, perfect for warming up conversations on chilly nights. The porch is an inviting area, with a pizza oven and a barbecue for relaxing — and the pool guarantees great moments on sunny days. We’ve thought of every detail for your comfort: the bathrooms have heated floors, and the bedrooms are equipped with heaters and air conditioning. For more laid-back moments, we have a TV room with a home theater and several fireplaces around the house, creating a cozy atmosphere. Outside, we have 30,000 m² of native forest with two springs and a stream — a paradise for those who love to walk and connect with nature. For sports enthusiasts, there’s a sand court. We also have a couple who helps us keep everything in order, making your stay even more enjoyable. When it’s time to leave, don’t worry about heavy cleaning — we’ll take care of that. We just ask that you leave the space tidy, take out the trash, and wash the dishes you used to keep everything ready for the next guest. And to avoid any issues, we ask that the number of guests be confirmed before we finalize the swap. Extra guests after the agreement can cause discomfort for everyone, so we prefer to avoid that. If needed, we reserve the right to cancel the swap in such cases.
