General overview
Welcome to our house!
The space
Our house benefits from a garden of more than 200m2 not overlooked, calm and cool during the hot weather! We have a total of 4 bedrooms (new photos coming soon). On the ground floor, you will find: an entrance hall opening onto the living room on the street side and the dining room and the kitchen on the garden side. On the first floor we have a landing overlooking 3 bedrooms (1 bed 160, and 2 beds 90 with possibility of extra beds), the bathroom and the toilets. On the second floor you will find a large multipurpose room of more than 40m2 separated into two serving as a playroom, office, children's room! (1 bed 140 + 1 bed 90 and extra beds if necessary).
Two cats will come to ask you from time to time for a few cuddles and croquettes and in the garden two land turtles are on an excursion!
We also have a small dog that we wish to bring with us during our exchanges if the houses allow it...;

Notes
Bordeaux is a beautiful city listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site which is well worth the detour! The region is also very rich... Close to the ocean, the Arcachon basin but also to St Emilion, you can enjoy the local gastronomy (while tasting good wines!) or even taste the joys of swimming !

Neighbourhood
We are 10 minutes walk from the hyper center of Bordeaux in a quiet, bourgeois and friendly area! (also served by buses and a Vcube station, the v'lib de Bordeaux!) Halfway between the Bordelais park and the public garden (the two largest parks in Bordeaux), we are ideally located to enjoy the joys of city life without suffering the consequences! (especially for noise or even parking the car!!)
For vegetables, but also eggs, apples, fish and meat, we are part of an amap whose distribution takes place every Monday. You can enjoy them, they are fresh, organic and good and already paid for!
We provide you with 2 adult bicycles equipped with child seats and a cart as well as three children's bicycles (14 and 24') which is the ideal means of transport for visiting Bordeaux!
Getting around
In the heart of Bordeaux, all the shops are nearby in a calm and quiet area...
