Our Beach house is all about being outside in nature. The gardens are full of hidden spots, my special place. Gravel areas to park the car off the street. A wonderful area to sit and enjoy a meal, company and the bird song. This unique table was crafted by Reg. The kitchen opens out to the table on the veranda The kitchen also opens onto the BBQ for easy outdoor meals. Wouldn't be an Aussie beach house without a great BBQ. Looking into the kitchen from the veranda Main bedroom also opens onto the veranda Bright colourful ensuite. Second bedroom has a ceiling fan and a split system airconditioner Bunk room three siungle beds is also air conditioned Main bathroom has a shower over the bath Laundry with washing machine, dryer, extra freezer

Neighbourhood

Agnes Water was "discovered" during covid with many southeners asking " how long has this place been here?' It doesn't have the hubba bubba of the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast, but you can safely enjoy swimming at uncrowded beaches without parking problems along with a good coffee overlooking the picturesque coastal scenes. Agnes Water is a layback uncrowded, unspoiled spot on the Queensland Coast where you can swim safely all year round.

Nearest airport

Brisbane is the closest major airport with both Gladstone and Bundaberg having smaller airports.

There is no public transport. A car swap or hire car is recommended
