General Overview

Gorgeous quiet apartment with a small patio in Palo Alto, surrounded by flowers and trees and just a few streets away from bustling University Avenue. Very walkable/bikeable! Only a 10 minute walk from Caltrain which. takes you to San Francisco is 45 minutes. Although I’m looking specifically at December right now, I am open to other exchanges so just ask!

One bedroom apartment in a charming townhouse with a separate office that can also be used as a second bedroom (I have an extra bed that I can set up). Kitchen, living room, and shared backyard. Third floor walk up!

Everything is in walking distance! Grocery stores, pharmacies, cafes, restaurants, museums and so much more. The neighborhood is Capitol Hill (specifically Eastern Market)

Nearest airport

DCA (20 minute drive). Can also fly into IAD and BWI, theyre just a bit further.

Getting Around

No need for a car! Close to metro, bus, and walking distance to many things. We also have bike rentals close by.
