General overview
A lovely quiet home next to the bush and a five minute walk to the harbour beach at Island bay. There is so much birdlife around our home from native tuis to rainbow lorikeets. Regular bus at the top of the road takes you to the city centre which is around 12km away. There is so much to do in Auckland and the North Shore.
The space
Great lawn space, outdoor covered area with BBQ. Heat pump/Air con in the lounge with large TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime etc. 3 bedrooms - two with ceiling fans. Small compact kitchen with everything you need and a dining area and seperate laundry room. Space under the house for hanging laundry. Very quiet and peaceful
