General overview
Our home is situated in Durban, the vibrant capital of KwaZulu Natal, on the East Coast of South Africa. The weather is pleasant all year round. Golden beaches are a quick drive away. Shops and Restaurants in walking distance. Hluhluwe Imfolozi Game Park - one of the elderst reserves in Africa is 280km north of Durban.
The space
Our house has one airconditioned main bedroom with a comfortable double bed and an ensuit bathroom with toilet,shower and bathtube.
The second bedroom is mainly used as an office and offers a sleepercouch. There is a modern second bathroom with toilet and walk in shower.
The open plan lounge offers a leather couch, smart TV and a reading chair. The library holds a collection of English and German books. A wooden 6 seater Dining room table divides the kitchen from the lounge. Glases, crockery and cuttlery is
plentyful. The kitchen contains a Smeg dishwasher, an AEG oven with ceran hob and a wash dryer. The wooden deck offers a BBQ area and lovely views over the Greyville Racecourse & the Royal Natal Royal Golf Course towards the city and Golden Mile. The garden offers a pool and a covered BBQ area under the deck.
Guest access
The street entrance goes 3 steps down. We mainly use the back entrance towards a municipal park with lush green lawn, shady trees and a children´s playground.
Notes
Parking on the verge is safe. A security guard patrols 24/7.

We are 1/2h drive away from Durban International Airport. Plenty car rental options; Uber or shuttle buses available.

Lots of shops in walking distance. Public Transport: People Mover to the touristic places on the beach. Uber is always a good option too
