General overview
We have a comfortable, peaceful, and very relaxing home. There is plenty of space to spread out and have fun on our property. We have 5 bedrooms and three bathrooms; our home comfortably sleeps 11-12 in regular beds. We do also have two blow-up mattresses, a pack-n-play and plenty of space to add a couple more people.
There are multiple cozy living areas if people need some alone time, in addition to a large main living space that seats at least 10 around our main tv. In our playroom we have games, Xbox, Nintendo switch (unless our teens bring their gaming system with them) and even toys for little ones. We have games, crafts and art supplies for you and your family to enjoy. Three of our rooms have desks, including our main work area with a sitting or standing desk. Our primary bedroom has an additional portable AC unit (we have full house central AC, of course), because my husband and I like to sleep in frigid conditions while the rest of the family is normal :). It is wonderful and you are welcome to use it if you'd like.
We are foodies and home chefs so our kitchen is fully stocked with any cookware you would want to make a delicious meal, including All Clad top of the line pots and pans. We have an espresso machine, as well as traditional coffee machines (keurig and regular ol' coffee pot) for coffee enthusiasts. If tea is your thing, you will love our electric kettle :).
While our indoor living space is relaxing and low-key, our outdoor space is relaxing and a blast. We have an oversized pool with a 10’ deep end and diving board. We do have a child safety fence we are happy to put up if you have young children. We also have a resort-style living space in our backyard (with a soccer goal) that leads to our large fire pit and seating area. In addition, we have a vegetable garden (my favorite place to be when it isn't neglected) on the side of our home. We also have fruit trees on the property. Please feel free to eat any fruits or veggies growing in our garden and on our trees.
We back up to conservation, so no need to worry about neighbors out back. Out front there is a basketball hoop and plenty of sidewalks to ride bikes or scooters. While we love to travel, we always love coming back to this home.
Here are the sleeping arrangements:
Primary Bedroom- King bed sleeps 2
Bedroom 2/ Playroom- Pull out sofa full size sleeps 2. We have a foam topper for the sleeper sofa.
Bedroom 3/ Girls room- Full over Full bunk bed. Sleeps 4 technically, but 2 or 3 will be more comfortable.
Bedroom 4/ Extra Room- Queen bed plus a comfortable futon with mattress topper. Sleeps 3 (our pack n play is in this closet)
Bedroom 5/ Boys Room- Two twin beds. Sleeps 2
We are open to local weekend exchanges, as of now. So reach out if you want to visit for a couple of days.

Notes
We do have two kids with SEVERE pet allergies. We will not be able to accommodate any pets in our home, at all. We love pets, but they make our kiddos too sick.
For all exchanges we would like to give you the option of either leaving our home completely cleaned up upon departure (how it was found including washed linens if possible) or you would have the option to cover our professional cleaners. Their fee is $165 (we will tip them ourselves). It's totally up to you how you'd like to do it :)

Neighbourhood
We live in a comfortable suburban Florida neighborhood. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable with a fishing pond on one side. There are areas of conservation, so we are often able to see and enjoy Florida wildlife.
We have grocery stores, organic grocery stores, supercenters, home stores, clothing stores, specialty food stores, craft stores all within 3-4 miles.
There are MANY restaurants nearby. We have chain restaurants, as well as Mom & Pop restaurants all within a few miles. We would love to send recommendations for some local restaurants.
We love to fish and hang out at the beaches. We often fish at Green Key Beach, which is only 8 miles away. The best relaxation, fishing, and white sand beaches are Fred Howard Park (15 miles away) and the most famous is Honeymoon Island State Park (22 miles south). Go visit the Mermaids in Weeki Wachee (23 miles north) for a unique experience.

St. Petersburg (one of our favorite FL cities! A MUST VISIT town)- an hour away
Disney- less than 2 hours away
Universal- Just over 2 hours away
Venice Beach (The Shark Teeth Capital of the WORLD)- about 1 hr 45 min away

Tampa (Bucs Stadium, Riverwalk, Museums, Florida Aquarium, Lowry Park Zoo)- 40 min away
Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks- 25 minutes away

St. Pete/Clearwater Airport- 45 min
Orlando International Airport- less than 2 hours
Miami International Airport- 4 1/2 hours

We are an adventurous family of 6. My husband and I are in our mid to late 30's and have been married since 2004, We have four kiddos; two boys, born in 2008 and 2010, along with two girls, born in 2006 and 2011. We are both business owners; I own a transaction coordinating business (real estate admin) and work entirely remotely from anywhere. Brian co-owns a financial planning practice and is also able to work remotely while maintaining his current office in our hometown.
