**PLEASE READ: This listing is for our guest wing on one side of the house and is not our full home** We're delighted to share our comfortable Florida home with you. There's plenty of space to unwind and enjoy yourself on our property. This listing is for our very spacious private entry 2-bedroom guest wing, connected to the main house by a hallway, which we’ve equipped with a full-length curtain for added privacy. You’ll have your own dining room and a full living room with private access to our pool and outdoor space. For your convenience, we’ve added a mini-fridge and Keurig coffee machine with syrups and sugar in the guest wing. Feel free to use our full kitchen as well if you’d like. We use our garage entry to ensure you have full access to your space through the front door. Your Private Space Includes: Primary Bedroom: Featuring a king-sized bed and a bathroom with a soaking tub, shower, and dual sinks. The room also includes a couch that converts to a twin bed with a memory foam mattress topper, a large TV for relaxing before bed, and an additional portable AC unit for those who prefer cooler sleeping conditions. Second Bedroom/Playroom: This room has a sofa that converts to a full-size bed with a memory foam topper, two blow-up mattresses, a pack 'n play with mattress, and ample space for extra guests. It also features a TV, board games, craft supplies, puzzles, books, and toys for little ones. This room can also be used as a secondary living space for watching TV and playing video games. Shared Spaces: Kitchen: Fully equipped with top-of-the-line cookware, including All Clad pots and pans, an espresso machine, traditional coffee machines, and an electric kettle for tea lovers. We have two refrigerators, so you'll have plenty of space for your groceries. If you need to do laundry, just let us know, and we’ll make the room available. Outdoor Area: Our backyard features an oversized pool with a 10’ deep end and diving board, a resort-style living space, a large fire pit with seating, and a vegetable garden (feel free to pick any fruits or veggies). We also have fruit trees, a basketball hoop, and plenty of sidewalks for biking or scootering. The backyard backs up to conservation land, ensuring privacy and a serene atmosphere. We're a busy family with teens, so you'll likely hear some noise from our side of the house as we come and go, but we always do our best to be thoughtful and keep it to a minimum. If Manchester United is playing, all bets are off! (just kidding) We're friendly and easy going, offering flexible dates, and we're open to 1 or 2-night stays, even on short notice. Just reach out, and we'd be happy to chat. Your privacy is important to us, and we’ll never enter your side of the home. *Since this is our primary home and we’ll be sharing the space, we like to keep these exchanges to a week or less—it helps us all stay sane! That said, we get that sometimes life calls for a few extra days of Vacation, so we’re happy to chat and work something out if needed.* We love to travel but always enjoy coming back to this home. We hope you'll love it as much as we do. Please remember this is our primary home where we live, work, and play. While it's a beautiful, tidy, organized, and comfortable home… it is not perfect. We have a running list of Honey-dos and updates to be completed. Just try battling weeds in a Florida summer, haha. This is our beloved primary home and not a short term rental, so please bear this in mind when reaching out. :) Whether you're looking to relax or have a blast, our home is the perfect spot. We love to travel, but we always love coming back to this home. We hope you will too!

You will have private entry through our coded front door. We do not use this entrance when guests/friends stay with us.

Notes

*** Just a heads up, we don't have any pets in our home and can't allow them due to a severe allergy one of our kids has. We absolutely love furry friends, but we have to admire them from a distance! *** We don't charge a cleaning fee for our guest wing, but we ask that you leave it as you found it (very clean) prior to departure and put used linens in a basket. We will take care of laundering them. :)

Welcome to our comfortable home in a walkable, suburban Florida neighborhood! Our area is peaceful, with serene fishing ponds and conservation areas where you can often spot local wildlife. Everything you need is just a short drive away. We have grocery stores, organic markets, supercenters, home stores, clothing boutiques, specialty food shops, and craft stores all within 5-10 minutes. When it comes to dining, you're in for a treat. From popular chain restaurants to charming Mom & Pop eateries, there are plenty of options nearby. We'll be sure to share our favorite local spots! We love fishing and beach outings. Green Key Beach is just 8 miles away, perfect for a quick fishing trip. For the best relaxation, fishing, and white sand beaches, head to Fred Howard Park (15 miles away) or the famous Honeymoon Island State Park (22 miles south). For a unique experience, visit the mermaids at Weeki Wachee Springs (23 miles north). We are an adventurous family of 6. My husband and I are in our late 30's & early 40's and have been married since 2004, We have four kiddos; two boys, born in 2008 and 2010, along with two girls, born in 2006 and 2011. We are both business owners; I own a transaction coordinating business (real estate admin) and work entirely remotely from anywhere. Brian co-owns a financial planning practice and is also able to work remotely while maintaining his current office in our hometown. We are an active family who loves to experience new cities and new cultures together. All six of us are giant foodies! We love to eat at local restaurants and cook delicious meals from around the world. We are a tidy family and have instilled in our kids the value of leaving places better than we find them. We also love opening our home to friends and family and have tried to create a culture of abundance & love in our home. We love people and we love to experience life together.
