General overview
The house is very private but sandwiched between two other homes. Very long and narrow making the casita bedroom a long way from the street and very quiet with a private garden. We have management support to answer any questions that might come up while there. The city is large and diverse but the neighborhood that we live in is quiet and close to great restaurants, coffee shops and coffee shops. This is a wonderful historical area that also happens to be a beach city with fantastic public transportation.
The space
there are two bedrooms and a second living space upstairs near the front of the house. There is a third bedroom/bath in the back in the casita. The main part of the home, living, dining, kitchen, laundry are all in the center of the main floor, super easy for separation of guests while everyone still being able to have access to the main spaces. The temperature between October and June is amazing, same temperature inside as outside, no need for additional clothing or AC. it rains July-October. one can go months without seeing the rain in the winter. In this home, there is a lot of outside space with a balcony for almost everyone, plenty of privacy. The kitchen is big and works well for larger groups, dishes for 12. We have an art gallery in town and have a lot of variety in the are inside the home, almost all is Mexican and local. We tried to use as many hand make things as possible, the lights, tiles, and iron work is all done by local artisans.
Guest access
2 floors, primary bedroom on main level but separated from the house by the pool. There is a code on the front door so people can come and go with ease.
