Welcome to our spacious and inviting home, perfectly situated on the stunning Gold Coast. Located less than 10 km from the beach, our four-bedroom home offers comfort, convenience, and excellent amenities for a relaxing stay. Whether you're visiting for leisure or business, our property provides a welcoming retreat with plenty of space to unwind. Our property is set up with all ages in mind.

The Space

We invite you to our one story home. (One step up to access the front door and side door). The house is light-filled with an inviting, open layout. Our home is almost on top of a hill, the elevated position adds a touch of peaceful separation from the usual hustle and bustle. Our fully equipped home is in a great location and suits families and couples seeking a peaceful and comfortable getaway on the Gold Coast. BEDROOMS: Our home features four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two toilets, making it ideal for families or groups. The master bedroom includes a king-sized bed, a walk-in robe, and an ensuite for added privacy. One of the additional rooms has a double bed, while another offers a queen and a single bed with a pull-out mattress under the bed if required. All linen provided. LOUNGE: The spacious lounge area is perfect for relaxation. The comfortable couches will make you feel at home. There is a Smart TV with access to the internet and a cupboard stocked with family games. KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. Fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and an air fryer. DESKS: Guests can also enjoy internet access and two desks, making it convenient for work or study. Desks are located in lounge room and bedroom with double bed. BEDROOMS: A/C is located in the lounge and main bedroom along with the room with a double bed. All bedroooms and living areas also have fans. GARAGE: Ultimate Teen Retreat – Double Garage Turned Entertainment Haven! Forget the ordinary garage. This spacious two-car garage has been transformed into the ultimate kid/teen hangout! Featuring an arcade-style basketball, a dartboard for friendly competition, and leather couches positioned perfectly in front of a widescreen TV with internet and a PS5. Air conditioning included. BATHROOMS: Both bathrooms have a spacious shower with great water pressure and hot water, while the shared bathroom also has a bathtub. Bath towels supplied. OUTDOORS: Enjoy the outdoor area featuring a family size pool, perfect for unwinding and taking in the surroundings. Beach towels are provided for your convenience, so you can fully relax by the water. There’s also an additional grass area ideal for kids to play and enjoy complete with a mini fridge—perfect for enjoying the beautiful Gold Coast weather. POOL SAFETY REMINDER: In line with Australian pool safety laws, it is important to follow the necessary guidelines to ensure the safety of everyone, especially children. Always ensure that gates and pool barriers are properly secured, and supervise young children at all times. Additionally, keep safety equipment like life rings or floats accessible. Australian law requires pools to have appropriate fencing and CPR signage. Please be aware of these regulations to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all.

Guest Access

Guests will have access to the entire home including the garage. The property is a single-story home with just one step at the entrance, ensuring easy accessibility for most guests. A lock box with details to follow will be provided with front door keys.

- Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the home. - The outdoor entertaining area is perfect for BBQs and relaxing by the pool. - The property is family-friendly and offers ample space for larger groups. CLEANING: We will talk to you prior about this. I anticipate we will come to an agreement.

Car hire is recommended for getting around the Gold Coast. Public transport options are available, but having a car will provide more convenience for exploring the area and visiting nearby attractions, including the beautiful beaches located less than 10 km away. We are aware of a local car hire company that offer a great discount.

However, public transport is also a budget-friendly option. Buses: Regular bus services operate nearby, providing an affordable way to reach Surfers Paradise, shopping centres, and theme parks. Trams: The Gold Coast light rail system (G:link) connects key locations, including Broadbeach, Southport, and Surfers Paradise. Taxis & Rideshare: Uber and taxis are available for short trips. The house is located less than 10 km from the beach and just 20 minutes from the iconic Surfers Paradise. Shopping centres, supermarkets, and dining options are within easy reach.
