General Overview

We offer a sunny, open plan town house in 82380 Peißenberg, a rural bavarian town with good infrastructure (shops, supermarket, restaurant, train, bus, church, doctors, dentists, icecream shop!) and central to hot spots in the bavarian Alps, noteably the most beautiful holiday area for Germany. We are a 45 min drive from Austria, 2 hours to switzerland, 4 hours to Italy and much more accessible by car, train, bus or flying short distances.

The Space

We are a family of four and offer a kitchen, lounge to terrace and garden with guest bathroom. We also have a basement with office/gym, storage room (pantry) and laundry. Upstairs we have 3 more bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Guest Access

4 floors with stairs. Parking available directly in front of the front door. Garden access to neighbourhood also.

Notes

Don't be alarmed if you can't understand the neighbours who are elderly. They cannot speak English and they have a strong bavarian accent. They are however friendly and will help you with anything.
