General Overview

We live in a modern, cozy and childfriendly house with big private pier/dock and a boathouse. Our two story house has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a big kitchen, two spacious livingrooms, a dining room, one office, washing room and one «gaming room»/extra living room. We have a small sauna downstairs, suitable for 3-4 persons. Our boathouse has four extra beds (one couch that turns into a double bed, plus a bunk bed) and a toilet. We live at Andøya, a gorgeous little island near Kristiansand city center (7 minutes by car). In our area you will find: -beaches in walking distance (2-3 mins) -Private tennis court, shared by the neighbours, in walking distance (2 mins) - kristiansand zoo (20 mins car ride) - kunstsilo (newly opened arts museum) - lots of great hiking opportunities - the southern archipelago (outside your window) - Under (restaurant in Lindesnes- about two hours in car) And much much more.
