Our sunny home is spacious, The location is perfect, especially for active families! It is in a quiet beach community with a board walk that spans 3 towns perfect for cycling and walking, you will see seals, and stingrays every day! Whale watch through September and there are so many great parks within walking distance of our lovely home. recently renovated, it's a great beach location and we keep our home very tidy.
We have 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 being ensuites)
A large open plan living dining kitchen.
The master is upstairs and has a queen-sized bed and ensuite. The second upstairs bedroom has a Double bed
Downstairs you will find our three more bedrooms one with double beds, there is also an ensuite in one of the rooms Downstairs.
Our home is lived in and filled with our family lives it is kept clean and tidy but we are a big family and our home is used.
We have a modest-sized yard with a small courtyard for BBQs and outdoor dining. We have kayaks (for kids) standup paddle boards, surf and boogie boards, fishing gear and blow up beach toys and lots of board games for you to enjoy.
Our home has WIFI in every area of the home. We have 5 TVs ( kids gaming ps4, Xbox one, 1 in living room, small TVs in all bedrooms except for the master). The main TV has Netflix/ youtube/ disney.
Kitchen is open and ready for you to enjoy- We love to cook and entertain, so we have tons of kitchen accessories.
2-story house, keyless entry system. There is also a glass elevator attached to the house if needed, for disable access
Ours is a great family house and is lived in and loved in a beautiful relaxing location.

We are a family of 6 and are new to exchange, my family live on the south coast of NSW Australia. My husband and I have 4 children, twin boys Jack and James (13), Josh (10) and Kaitlyn (7) who are all very well behaved.
Also just because it's nice to know a little about the people you might be exchanging with here's a bit about myself and my husband Troy - my husband is an award winning aboriginal artist he also works for the Australian Dept of education and that makes Australian school holidays the best time for us to travel, I am a wedding Celebrant which I love 😍😀 and obviously we have four beautiful children who are excited to start traveling.
