General Overview

The apartment is our secondary residence and is available all year round. High Standard Duplex Apartment with double height, modern and cozy, with thermal pool, sauna, jacuzzi, gym and laundry, as well as playroom. With garage and air conditioning. Ideal for up to 4 people. It is equipped with crockery, appliances, kitchen utensils and bed linen. We have wifi fast enough for people who work from home In addition, the apartment is equipped with two 42" smart TVs, a queen size bed with new mattress, and a built-in double sofa bed.

Guest Access

The building has 20 floors, and the apartment is located on the 10th floor. It offers two elevators, reception and 24-hour security for greater convenience and tranquility. Visitors have access to the thermal pool, spa with jacuzzi and sauna, and gym, requiring a medical certificate, laundry, playroom and small market inside the building. Parking is available in the basement of the building.

The apartment is located in the Centro Cívico neighborhood of Curitiba. The neighborhood is safe, with well-lit streets and constant patrolling, offering comfort to tourists. In front of the building is a large shopping mall, with several options of restaurants, shops and cinema.
