General overview
I love our open layout. I love the light from the windows and the sunroom that overlooks our pool patio area. It is a great proximity to so many activities and the beach!
The space
Our home is a 3br/2.5 bath. A queen size bed is in the master with the ensuite bathroom. There is a full-size bed in the guest room and another full size (top only, bunk bed) in the other guest room. The guest rooms share a Jack and Jill style bathroom. There is a separate toilet room and a separate shower room, as well as double sinks. Both of our bathrooms have tile shower/bathtubs with shower curtains. We have a laundry room. A dining room table that seats 6 as well as 2 barstools in the kitchen. We have a living room and a sunroom with couches in both rooms. We have a kitchen with all the comforts of home. Our sunroom overlooks the pool area, and the hot tub is on the patio area. The pool has a screen in enclosure.
Guest access
We do not have any stairs in our home. We do have a 4" step down into our sunroom.

We have a quiet subdivision. Very family friendly. We have sidewalks and streetlights on our road. Great for walking.

My husband and I have 3 children. 2 of the 3 are grown and out on their own. Our youngest is still in the home. She homeschools and that frees up our traveling availability! Most of the time we will be traveling as a family of 3. We have just recently got a little more flexibility in our schedules and are hoping to do more of it.
Our secondary/vacation condo is in Orange Beach, Alabama. We have owned our condo for a little over 5 years. We love hosting families. While we have not participated in any swaps per say, we have hosted 180 guest stays and take pride in maintaining a 4.9 star review on VRBO. We live in the town next door to Orange Beach. If our schedules line up, we would love to meet :)
Our primary residence is the home listed. We are here full time, unless we have other travel adventures going on.
