Guest Access
For home swaps we'll likely keep the master bedroom suite closed with personal stuff. So 3 bedrooms can be available (3 queen beds - up to 6 people)
Depending on the swap if you need 4 bedrooms, it can be arranged.
For Hospitality: We're quite flexible!
A private bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, is available almost all the time.
All bedrooms are upstairs and not suitable for those with mobility issues.
We're very flexible with non-sim hospitality stays and prefer hosting 1-2 people for shorter stays (1-4 days).
For entire home swaps, we’re open to sim or non-sim but are looking for homes of similar caliber or smaller homes/apartments (even 1 bedroom) in desirable locations. (Popular cities, beach, views, unique properties)
Accepting globes! :)
Notes
Jun & Yan live at the house full time. Retired and enjoying life, love taking RV trips.
Adult daughters living in Vancouver & Austraila who sometimes stay here throughout the year too.
We have a Pomchi named Stewie! He is the best boy, he loves sunbathing, naps and trips with us in our RV. When we travel in our RV he normally comes with us, he does not join us on overseas or longer trips so hoping swap partners would be a good fit for him as well. He's well travelled, super easy to take care of loves adventures.

Yanni
Hello! I'm Yanni from Vancouver. I work in real estate and also studying to be a Traditional Chinese Medicine doctor and acupuncturist. I love tropical locations and I'm especially keen on places with great surf, kite surfing, beaches, jungles, waterfalls or ski resort properties but open to exciting places or cool homes.
Generally I’m open to hosting exchanges from October to April at my downtown Vancouver loft apartment. However, If I've emailed you directly - I can potentially accommodate anytime you’d like to visit.
I can also offer a 4-bedroom luxury home in the Vancouver area. This house can accommodate up to 8 people. Stunning backyard, hot tub, and amazing views, backing directly onto the golf course. Access to resort like amenities. (Pool, gym, etc.) We are l less than 5 min walk to the water/Marina.
Spring in Vancouver (March–May) is seriously underrated! Picture this: spring weather is generally mild, you can drive 35 minute up to the North Vancouver mountains for skiing/snowboarding or a snowy hike, then back down in the afternoon for a bike ride along the seawall, then sunset drinks on a patio overlooking one of the cities many beaches, followed by dinner at a Michelin-starred restaurant. And if you still have energy left nightlife and popular bars are closely as well.
And May's cherry blossom season? Absolutely magical!
In Vancouver ski season (late Nov- May) There is a shuttle bus near my apartment that takes you directly to the ski resort - Cypress mountain. The trip takes 35-40 minutes I believe. Direct shuttle buses to Whistler as well. ⛷️❄️🏂☃️
