Our house is located next to the Parque da Cidade.
It’s a 3 floored house with plenty of room, and places to relax.
It’s our family house, but we tend to travel a lot and have another house in Caminha (we commute many times), so it’s very often available.

The Space

3 floors
- ground floor with a living room with access to the outside area, where the pool is. There is a living room with a cinema area and playground, laundry, a bedroom (either with 2 single beds or 1 couple couple) and a complete bathroom.
- 1st floor is where the kitchen and living room are located. There’s also a terrace that serves this floor.
- 2nd floor is where we have 3 rooms: a suite (with bathroom) and 2 rooms with one bathroom: one with a bunk bed, and one with either a couple or single bed.

The house has AC (both cooler and heater) and central heating. The pool is heated (usually around 28/30 degrees). You can park inside the gates.
