General overview
This is a cute home located in Murray Utah just 15 mins from downtown, half hour from major ski resorts, and 45 min from Park City!
The space
This is a very family friendly home! This is a pet free and smoke free home. We have it cleaned weekly so it is clean and clutter free.
The master bedroom has a California King bed and on suite bathroom with shower.
The second bedroom has two twin size beds.
There’s a hallway bathroom with tub.
We have an office with high speed internet, mini fridge and VR headset.
The main living area includes a queen pull out couch.
Everything is in good working order in the kitchen.
A family room with a large couch and 60 inch tv is ideal for group gatherings.
There is a washer and dryer just off the hall next to another half bathroom.
A twin size bed just off the family room is in a private bedroom.
We also have one larger size room complete with couch and queen size bed.
Our backyard has a 500 sq foot patio complete with 6-7 person hot tub, Traeger Grill, and plenty of outdoor seating! We have an in ground trampoline, and a completely fenced yard. Also we have a great fire pit for making smores!

This home is split level with 4 floors. The main entryway has the living room and kitchen, then it’s short 6 stairs up to the master bedroom, bedroom and office and two bathrooms.
Off the main you can head down 6 steps to the family room, laundry, bedroom, and a bathroom. Off the family room is another 6 stairs down to a storage room and another bedroom.
Notes
This has lots of parking including RV parking to the side. It’s in a quiet neighborhood just two blocks from a park, across the street from Wheeler farm, and less than half a mile to both 2-15 access and Fashion Place mall. We have gorgeous mountain views and it's the perfect home for a short or long stay.

Neighborhood is friendly and quiet.
Getting around
You can walk half a mile to catch the ski bus that goes up Little cottonwood canyon. You can use our car to drive a mile to the train station that can take you downtown Salt Lake. As well as catching frontrunner that can take you up or down the Wasatch front. We have a bus stop a quarter mile from our home. Or take an Uber or Lyft. We are centrally located.
