Notes
Santa Fe is at an altitude of 7,000ft and surrounded by the natural beauty of the Rocky Mountain’s range. Established in 1541 by the Spanish conquistadors, originally settled by native Americans over 1,200 years ago. Many ancient sites with petroglyphs (stone carvings and paintings) and authentic dances open to the public. A fascinating, historically important southwestern state capitol, Santa Fe has five major museums and many art galleries and interesting architecture.

I have’s enjoyed living in the enchanting, exquisite beauty of the high desert mountains of northern New Mexico for over 40 years. The multi cultural heritage, museums . Opera , and Art scene of Santa Fe has so much to offer its visitors and residents. Living 2 miles from the famous downtown plaza and 10 minutes to fabulous hiking trails has many advantages.
