Welcome to Paradise! 

Enjoy 180 degree ocean view from the Diamond head to Sunsets. Leave the windows open and sleep to soothing crashing waves just a few feet from you and enjoy the cool ocean breezes. 1.2 acre property with 60x100’ of sandy beach front to enjoy. Large grassy yard for families to play games as well. Overall there are 4 units in the 5000sqft home. 2 units on the 1st Fl and 2 on the 2nd Fl. All units have ocean views.

The Space

Very cozy unit with large sandy beach front and large grassy yard to enjoy. 
There are 4 units in this large beach front house. 2 units are 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, and 2 units are 1 bedroom 2 baths with daybeds and cots available in the living room. All are beachfront access right off your lanai.

Unit on the 1st Fl has is 1 king bed in one room and 1 Double and 1 Twin Bunk bed in the other. 1 Full bathroom with standing shower and a washer/dryer in the unit.

Guest Access

1 floor, 6 stairs to the 1st floor. You will get the code to access the driveway gate and door 24-48hrs before arrival.

Notes

You will be staying on the first floor of a quadplex.  This unit has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath.
