Neighbourhood
Our home suburb is Churchlands. Its a leafy, green and quiet western suburb of Perth, approx 8 kms (5 miles) from the CBD. There are parks and children's play areas nearby as being a 5 to 10 minute drive to all of the very best beaches in Perth. Our home is close to local shopping, services and schools, both primary and secondary. There are several very good restaurants located in adjoining suburbs and the home is a 5 minutes drive to the Wembley Golf Course complex. Our neighbours are very friendly and welcoming too!
Getting around
We have a 2016 4 door Honda Accord VTLI Auto sedan to exchange, if possible. Otherwise we are very close to public transport (buses) and approximately 1 km walk to local fresh food shops and a suburban shopping centre with supermarkets; petrol station and medical and dental services available.
