The space
As you step inside, the ground floor welcomes you with a cozy and stylish living room, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen and the living room both open out to a beautiful terrace, where you can enjoy a family meal or a nice glass of wine. There is also an office, along with a convenient full bathroom with a shower.
On the upper floor, you'll find three bedrooms, including two double bedrooms with king-size beds, and a third bedroom perfect for children or additional guests, with two single beds. Natural light floods the rooms, enhancing the warm and inviting atmosphere. The floor also features two complete bathrooms, one of which includes a relaxing bathtub and a shower en suite. And the second bathroom which suits the other two bedrooms. The master bedroom also has an own balcony with breathtaking sea views.
The apartment comfortably accommodates up to six people, making it an ideal retreat for families or small groups.
As part of the community condo, you'll have access to a range of fantastic amenities, including a closed parking slot, a BBQ area, a large swimming pool, a kids' pool, tennis and paddle courts, and beautifully maintained gardens. Everything you need for both relaxation and recreation is at your doorstep.
