Neighbourhood

The neighbourhood is really friendly where the kids still play out on the street. There are lots of shops and cafes, pubs and restaurants close by. It is a short walk into town where there are lots of shops but also historical buildings, museums, theatres, etc. It’s a long walk (but do-able) to the beach, or the extinct volcano Arthur’s Seat.

Getting to my home

easy access from airport via tram; plenty of buses run to nearby, but it’s easy to walk into town, the Water of Leith; the beach is accessible by bus, bike or longer walk (via bike / pedestrian path)
