Neighbourhood
The neighborhood is quiet and established. We live on a cul-de-sac with very little traffic. It is very kid friendly. The small creek in the neighborhood is great for letting the kids fish- they catch fish with only bread for bait!
It’s a fantastic area for riding bikes. There are beautiful bike paths along the St. John’s River. There are multiple shops and restaurants within a mile of the home and you can be on the interstate and anywhere in and around Jacksonville in a few minutes.

Getting Around
The neighborhood is quiet and established. We are close to the interstate and everything Jacksonville has to offer. A car is necessary to get around town.

2 hours to Savannah, GA
2.5 hours to Disney and Universal
Within an hour to multiple state parks and natural springs. We have everything you need for a fishing trip or trip to the beach as well as many kid bikes and activities.
