I've never really been a "joiner" (like Groucho Marx said, "I refuse to join any club that would have me as a member.") but PLU changed that. After serendipitously coming across their Facebook page and joining just to see what it was, I loved these people! Adventurous, trusting, fun, and friendly, they were the people I followed during Covid. When Drew (who I feel like I know personally) created a way to officially join, I joined--and I'm so glad I did!

I wish I had found out about PLU sooner! It has allowed me to not only dream of travel, but to actually experience places I wouldn't have thought about before. The members are so friendly and the Administrator, Drew Seitam, responds quickly to questions or any user problems you may have. It's also fun to be a part of the Facebook group where you are in conversations with people from all over the world and get the scoop on where the locals recommend that you go to for sites and food.

I am so happy to have found PLU! I love the friendliness, Drew’s exceptionally quick and helpful responses, how listings appear, and the fun of browsing through them, and the blogposts. Looking forward to my first exchange!

WE LOVE THE PHILOSOPHY OF SHARING ACCOMMODATION AND "BEING ABLE TO HAVE A HOME IN EVERY PLACE ON THE PLANET". WE HAVE KNOWN MANY PLACES THANKS TO THE EXCHANGE AND WE HAVE RECEIVED WONDERFUL PEOPLE IN OUR HOMES. WE ARE NOT YET VERY ACTIVE ON THIS PAGE, WE DO NOT MASTER IT, I AM SORRY THAT I CANNOT RESPOND QUICKLY TO MESSAGES BECAUSE OF THIS DIFFICULTY, BECAUSE IT IS DIFFICULT FOR ME TO TRANSLATE. We have recommended PLU to a few people who have joined and are active on the fb page . We tell them it’s the best home exchange group and to come and join us and see for themselves.

People like us is more than a home exchange website. It's a real community. The facebook site is very active and other active members really feels like your friend even though you never met them. We are here for each other, helping out when ever we can.
