Patagonia is one of the most beautiful places on earth, with friendly nature, stunning sceneries, and endless outdoor adventure.  trekking, mountain biking, sightseeing, or just enjoying the amazing peaceful and relaxing atmosphere in the summer.  but also winter sports in the snow in the opposite season to the northern hemisphere.   The house is located within an exclusive and secure gated community with an amazing 18-hole golf course, swimming pool and spa, gym, tennis, polo, horse jumping, and a marina on the lake with kayaks to use.  you will not be disappointed!

Lo spazio

there is a main house and an annex  you will see all the details on the photos.  there are different size bedrooms and the house is fully equipped for families or single people.  
It can host 14 people or more, without using the attic rooms.  So ideal to come with other friends or family of just use the annex for up to 4 people

the main house is on ground level.  the annex has one floor upstairs with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom

We live in a beautiful gated community near a lake, ideally located to access the town of Bariloche (15 mins) the ski slopes (15 mins) the airport (20 mins) and with direct access to Route 40 which runs along Argentina from the limit with Bolivia to Ushuaia.

Andare in giro

you will need a car to move around and make the most of the area, I may be able to provide it as part of an exchange.  alternatively i can recommend good car rental companies with reasonable prices.  within Arelauquen there are two restaurants (one in Club house where the gym/pool /Spa is) and another one by the golf course and tennis club, all delicious home made food and wonderful wines.
there is also a supermarket nearby and several providers that come regularly to Arelauquen

Sono originario dell'Argentina, ma quando avevo 20 anni sono partito e ho vissuto per un anno negli Stati Uniti (NYC) poi per 4-5 anni in Svizzera (Ginevra) e poi per 14-15 anni nel Regno Unito (Londra). poi con il mio ex marito e i miei figli, ho deciso di trasferirmi in Argentina per un'esperienza, ho comprato una fattoria nella Pampa, ho vissuto a Buenos Aires vicino al River Plate. Nel frattempo i ragazzi più grandi sono tornati nel Regno Unito per l'università e ci siamo lasciati come coppia anche se siamo grandi amici. Ho avuto un lavoro nella finanza per tutto questo tempo. Negli ultimi 7 anni mi sono innamorato di un uomo che conoscevo dall'infanzia, stava tornando da 20 anni in Cile, e abbiamo deciso di trasferirci in Patagonia (con il mio più giovane che si è appena laureato e andrà all'università nel Regno Unito) . Quindi condivideremo il nostro tempo tra Inghilterra/Europa e Argentina/Cile.
