Panoramica generale

My home is a cosy and full-of-history house where the old and the modern blend harmoniously. Located in the heart of Ragusa, it is a second home ( was my grandmother house), but it is equipped with all the comforts needed for a family to spend a vacation in full relax and long stays and always feel at home.

The house is in the city centre of Ragusa and about 20 min walk to the old town(named Ibla) so it is very conveniently located.
It is at a few steps from the Baroque Ibla, which can be reached via a charming stairway or a bus and, also, at 30 minutes drive from Ragusa Marina and Montalbano places.

The house is located in a quiet street so you can sleep well:)

Lo spazio

It consists of 2 levels plus 2 mezzanine.

Kitchen, bathroom, living room and laundry on one level with a bedroom in a loft. There is a sofa bed, Wi-Fi and TV. Another futon sofa bed is also in the kitchen.

Then there is a mezzanine level used as relaxing area. In the past it was a bedroom, but here the ceiling is typical of tradition so not high. Another sofa bed is also there.

Then there is the other level (UK first floor) with an en-suite bathroom, balcony, smart tv and a futon sofa bed in addition.

Accesso ospite

Even though the house is equipped with some sofa beds it is uncomfortable for more than 5 people, please do not ask for groups larger than 5, thanks.

Smoking is allowed only in the balcony.

No kids and no pet sorry. The mezzanine is totally open with no child safety features so is NOT suitable for small kids or pets and i won’t accept bookings in this respect.

Cleaning & Linen fee of €70 for globe swaps. I don’t live in Ragusa, so i need a professional laundry and cleaning service.
No charge for simultaneous and non simultaneous swaps.
