Visión general

El Hoyo (Chubut) is one of the most charming destinations in Argentine Patagonia, a place where nature reveals itself in all its grandeur. Crystal-clear lakes, towering mountains, waterfalls, rivers, and forests create a unique landscape that invites both adventure and relaxation. The region offers countless outdoor activities: hiking trails for all skill levels; mountain routes with refuges that let you immerse yourself in the authentic Patagonian spirit; fishing spots; scenic drives; and exquisite local cuisine that reflects the area's identity. Ski slopes (Cerro Perito Moreno, El Bolsón) are also just 20 minutes from the house. Our house is located in El Pedregoso, a picturesque area of ​​small farms known for producing berries such as raspberries, blackberries, and berries. Here, the tranquility of the countryside blends with the beauty of the Andean landscape, creating an ideal setting to unplug and unwind. Situated along the iconic Route 40, the property is accessible via public transport, though schedules are limited. We therefore recommend arriving in your own vehicle or a rental car so you can explore the area more conveniently. The region's main towns are very close by: * El Hoyo: 10 minutes * Lago Puelo: 20 minutes * El Bolsón: 20 minutes * San Carlos de Bariloche: 60 minutes Get ready to discover a magical region where every road leads to an unforgettable landscape and every corner invites you to stay a little longer. El espacio

Our house is a warm and welcoming retreat in the heart of the majestic Andes Mountains, nestled in Argentine Patagonia and located on the iconic Route 40, which runs the length of the country from north to south. Surrounded by two hectares of nature, native vegetation, berry plantations, and majestic trees, it invites you to disconnect and enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings. From every window, you can contemplate unique views of the mountains, while the warmth of the fireplace provides comfort and coziness. Here, each season has its own magic: in winter, the peaks are covered in snow; in summer, it's harvest time, and the aromas of freshly picked fruit fill the air. A place to rest, connect with nature, and create unforgettable memories. The house features a spacious living-dining area, a kitchen, two bathrooms (one en-suite), a laundry room, and two bedrooms, each with a double bed. It is equipped with heating and a wood-burning fireplace. The house is situated on a two-hectare property featuring native trees, a berry patch, fruit trees, and a small flock of sheep (which have their own caretaker). There is a very good internet connection with Starlink. We don't have any pets at home, although our neighbor's little dog and kitten often visit; they are very well-behaved and don't come inside, though they do tend to wander around the yard. Also, our gardener will come every two weeks to keep the grass neatly trimmed. Cleaning fee $50

Llegando a mi casa

To reach our house, you must first fly to Buenos Aires. Then, take a connecting flight to Bariloche Airport in Río Negro. From there, rent a car; we are located 110 km to the south, along a fully paved road surrounded by incredible scenery.
