Welcome to my 1940s cape cod home! I’m happy to share it with you. This cute and cozy house is located in the desirable West Highlands neighborhood, nestled in-between the West End and Buena Vista neighborhoods. Enjoy the entire downstairs level of my home including a fully stocked kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom and (small) full bathroom. The space also comes with a smart TV with Roku, Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime. Relax on the back deck with a cup of coffee or cocktail.

Guests have the place to themselves with full access to the kitchen, dining room, living room, a bedroom and a full bathroom.
There’s also a large fenced in back yard with a brand new deck. There is a private driveway that can fit up to three cars.
Notas
The house is on an intersection that can get busy at rush hour. However, it’s generally quiet at night.
I live in the house but travel frequently. You will see some of my personal belongings in the house. But I will not be in the house while you are there. Please be respectful and treat my home like your own.
There will be a local person to help you if needed.
I love your pets! They are welcomed at my house if you promise to clean up after them. They will love my fenced in back yard.
