General overview

Welcome to my 1940s cape cod home! I’m happy to share it with you. This cute and cozy house is located in the desirable West Highlands neighborhood, nestled in-between the West End and Buena Vista neighborhoods. Enjoy the entire downstairs level of my home including a fully stocked kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom and (small) full bathroom. The space also comes with a smart TV with Roku, Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime. Relax on the back deck with a cup of coffee or cocktail.

The space

Guests have the place to themselves with full access to the kitchen, dining room, living room, a bedroom and a full bathroom. There’s also a large fenced in back yard with a brand new deck. There is a private driveway that can fit up to three cars.

Notes

The house is on an intersection that can get busy at rush hour. However, it’s generally quiet at night. I live in the house but travel frequently. You will see some of my personal belongings in the house. But I will not be in the house while you are there. Please be respectful and treat my home like your own. There will be a local person to help you if needed. I love your pets! They are welcomed at my house if you promise to clean up after them. They will love my fenced in back yard. Winston-Salem is the fourth largest city in NC and is nestled between the mountains and the beach. The location is: - a half a mile from Wake Forest Baptist Hospital - less than two miles from downtown - one and a half miles from the Benton Convention Center - four miles from Wake Forest University - three miles from Forsyth Medical - less than three miles from UNC School of the Arts - three miles from Winston-Salem State University I've lived in Winston-Salem for over four years and I love showing off my adopted city.
