General Overview

This mountain house is wonderful year-round with magnificent views, nearby walking / biking paths and a brand new Jakuzzi to relax and enjoy! In the winter, relax by the fireplace or enjoy the decks - life is good in the mountains! No dogs during ski season.

The Space

The master bedroom has a comfortable, king size bed, another room has a queen bed, and there are two bedrooms that each have twin and Double bunkbeds. During the winter/ski season the houses is set up as a ski lease with them using the bedrooms with bunks. In the winter the Queen bedroom is available for HE Guest Points (max 2 people). No dogs are permitted in the winter/ski season.

Nice mountain community in Tahoe-Donner. Note that guests are not permitted to use the HOA facilities.

Getting to my home

The house is approximately 30 min to the Reno airport and 1.5 hours to the Sacramento airport.

Nearest airport

Reno airport is about 30 min away.

Getting Around

You will need a car. 4WD in the winter.

My main home in Aptos, CA is on the 3rd hole of SeaScape Golf Course and a 15 minute walk to the beach! I also have a house in Arnold, CA in the Sierra Nevada Mountains (#1439) and will soon add my partner's house in Truckee (Tahoe Donner), CA near Lake Tahoe. The house in Aptos is great for day trips to Carmel, Monterey, Pacific Grove, Capitola, Santa Cruz, San Francisco, Bay Area, etc.). The other house is a vacation home in the Sierra Neveda Mountains in Arnold, near Murphys, CA.
