General Overview

This is our secondary let which we are making available for this August 2026 only! We lived here before having our 2 children and moving out of the city! It has 2 bedrooms and we did a little reconfiguration to create an en-suite. It is a lovely flat and has everything you need however it is very much basic in terms of decor so certainly won’t have a homely feel to it. We refurbished everything about 4/5 years ago so everything is quite modern. Private allocated parking space (a highlight for Edinburgh!) and technically walkable to city centre depending on where you are going.

The Space

Main bedroom - king sized (150cm) bed, en-suite shower room. Second bedroom - super king (180cm) bed Living room - sofa bed, dining for 4 people, TV Bathroom - bath/shower over Kitchen - modern with washing machine and dishwasher Utility with dryer

Guest Access

Located in 1st floor. About 12/13 steps. No lift

Notes

Although technically sleeping 6, would recommend 4 adults maximum. £50 cleaning fee for globe/pluto exchanges

My family are me (Lisa) my husband (Martin) and daughters (Indie, 4 and Eden, 1). As we would be travelling with young children I won’t be able to consider really far away destinations at the moment or those that would require significant travel from an airport or multiple flights to reach you from Edinburgh. Actively looking to spend globes on UK city breaks easily accessible from Edinburgh. I would consider somewhere a bit further from end of 2027 and into 2028. Travel party would generally be the 4 of us but may sometimes just be me and the girls. Would also be great if there was the opportunity to bring a friend and her family, although for these times we would be limited to school holidays.
