General Overview

This is our 1 bedroom holiday apartment in Edinburgh City Centre. Purchased as an investment for our children’s future, it is fully licensed as a short term let however we do sometimes make available for exchange stays as this allows us to take our girls on some UK staycations. The apartment was fully gutted and refurbished when we purchased in 2021 but it was decorated in a very basic manner so it doesn’t have the homely comforts one might usually expect from an exchange.

The Space

Lovely modern 1 bedroom 3rd floor apartment (no lift) in Edinburgh’s city centre. Newly refurbished under 2 years ago so brand new bathroom, kitchen, decor and furnishings. Fully furnished with all modern appliances. Bed linen and towels available.

3rd floor, no lift, 42 steps.

The important bit - I will not be able to arrange a professional clean but will have all linen and towels available for you.

My family are me (Lisa) my husband (Martin) and daughters (Indie, 4 and Eden, 1). As we would be travelling with young children I won’t be able to consider really far away destinations at the moment or those that would require significant travel from an airport or multiple flights to reach you from Edinburgh. Actively looking to spend globes on UK city breaks easily accessible from Edinburgh. I would consider somewhere a bit further from end of 2027 and into 2028. Travel party would generally be the 4 of us but may sometimes just be me and the girls. Would also be great if there was the opportunity to bring a friend and her family, although for these times we would be limited to school holidays.
