General Overview

Our brand new home is just 2 blocks from the beach trail through the dunes to Gearhart Beach! Located on Oregon's North Coast between Astoria and Cannon Beach, both major tourist destinations. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.

The Space

! This house was completed just last week and more pictures will be forthcoming as we get rooms set up. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, washer/dryer, full kitchen, living room and dining room and the highest deck in the neighborhood! A great place to sit and enjoy the view. Downstairs has a studio space with a bathroom, queen bed and sitting space.

Portland Airport, PDX, is 94 miles away, 1 hour and 50 minutes.

Getting Around

Gearhart has a small grocery store and cafe and a coffee shop/bakery. You can walk to these. Other large grocery stores are in Seaside, 2.7 miles away and Costco, 10 miles away and you will need a car.
