General overview
Our home is compact but very comfortable and we have all that you need to have a wonderful stay! The whole building was built in 2023 so everything is new and modern. We are 2 minutes walk from the amazing Las Canteras beach and the perfect location for enjoying this amazing city!
The space
Our home is a studio apartment on the 5th floor of a building. There are two lifts as well as an accesible foyer. It is small but we live here fulltime and love it.
Guest access
We are on the 5th floor with two lifts. The entrance foyer has about 5 steps but there is also an access lift next to the stairs for anyone with mobility concerns. The flat has no stairs inside and is all on one level.
Notes
We are happy to leave you snorkelling gear if you would like. Just let me know :)

Neighbourhood
We love the location! Its just across from the amazing Las Canteras beach, with fantastic snorkelling, diving, restaurants and all-year surfing etc. This area is a hub for digital nomads, winter birds and slomads. With springtime weather all year round, this beautiful island also offers all sorts of activities such as hiking as well.
There are literally hundreds of place to eat and most are very reasonable.
Getting to my home
From the airport you can get the bus straight to Santa Catalina park and then walk from there (7 min).
Another option would be a to get a taxi.
Nearest airport
The LPA airport is 25 kms away (about 25-30 minutes drive)
Getting around
You can walk everywhere from here. The bus system is also very cheap and efficient and there is a central station only minutes walk from the property. (Just get on and pay with your smartphone or card). There are also public rental bikes and the city is full of bike lanes. Taxis are also inexpensive.

We are a couple in our 50s who adore travelling! We have two grown up girls who live abroad, one in the Netherlands and the other in Australia. My husband is Spanish and I am originally from Wales, UK, but have lived in the Canary Islands Spain since 1995. We love eating out, diving, hiking, snorkelling and exploring new places. We are considerate, non-smokers, and very respectful and grateful.
