General Overview

Minimum exchange is 7 days. *Please note, the Four Seasons has a $53 daily resort fee that will be paid by guest.* Generously proportioned and luxuriously appointed, two-bedroom villa encompasses approximately 1,670 square feet (155 m2). A fully equipped kitchen is ready when you are (and In-Villa Dining is available from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm daily). Lounge in the sun or watch the sunset over cocktails on your balcony. Catch a movie or laugh together around the fireplace in your living room. Every day, Four Seasons housekeeping restores a sense of orderly refinement, and replenishes the fluffy cotton towels. For any other need, the Concierge awaits your call. Amenities include: Guest registration around the clock. Pre-arrival booking of golf, tennis, spa treatments and dining Advice on local dining, excursions and recreation Signing privileges Daily housekeeping Childrens amenities, including cribs, games and strollers Security on staff 24 hours Personal safe located in your Villa Video library, cards, board games Each neighbourhood includes its own large, free-form pool adjacent to the Clubhouse. Enjoy a quick dip, do laps or relax in the heated whirlpool. The kidney-shaped pool also features a separate childrens pool for younger swimmers. Nestled in landscaped tropical gardens, the pool is surrounded by native palms, birds of paradise and local flowers and ground cover. The expansive deck is furnished with chaises lounges and umbrellas for soaking up Aviara's perfect weather. At the Meadows Pool, cabanas provide privacy and protection from the sun. Between swims, enjoy a light lunch or a refreshing beverage.

The Space

As a guest of ours staying at the Four Seasons, you will be assigned a villa by the staff upon arrival. We don’t own a particular villa and two-bedroom villas are exactly the same.

Guest Access

Depending upon which villa you are assigned, you could have one set of stairs from the parking area to your villa or two flights of stairs to the pool level.
