Our home is recently renovated, clean tidy and spacious. it has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 living spaces and well appointed kitchen and seperate office. It is on a hill behind town, walking distance to shops and although there are lots of homes near by, it feels peaceful and private with views or the farm behind. 
I am house proud  and will make sure it is pristine for your stay. That being said it is a family home and we want you to feel comfortable here.

This is a spacious family home with 3 living spaces, a dining room, an office, and 4 bedrooms. the large master suite has a huge ensuite with a bath and a king-size bed. The 3 other rooms are close to the family bathroom., One room with a queen bed, one with a double, and one with a single bed and trundle. Other features include lock-up garage, central heating, cooling and a gas fireplace. 
outdoors is a small basketball court, a Plunge pool, that is gas heated so can be used throughout the seasons and a sunken entertaining/ fire pit area. there is also a lawn for the kids to play and lots of enclosed space to enjoy. 
We live in a town so are lucky enough to be within walking distance to the shops, cafes,  restaurants and train station.

Gastzugang

There are 3 ways into the home, one is relatively flat with just one step to get in, best access for wheelchairs or strollers. The front door entrance does have a few steps to enter

Anmerkungen

Our cars will be here, we would also consider the lending of one of the cars during the exchange and would also consider leaving it at the airport for guests to use as transport home if doing a simultaneous swap. We are open to lots of negotiations. 
We are also considering getting a caravan to travel around the country in so would also consider that in the swap if interested and available. 
We also have friends with holiday homes in some of the most delightful countryside in the state that too might be able to be utilized at the time of the swap. We want you to get the most out of the exchange!

Nachbarschaft

Beaconsfield is a lovely safe community, between Beaconsfield and  neighbouring suburb Berwick you will find lots of delicious cafes and restaurants and be less than a Kilometer to the train station. there are beautiful bush walks from the end of the road where you will hear the sounds of bellbirds and maybe even see a Kangaroo or Koala in the trees.
You will be 20 minutes from the Dandenong rangers. 20 minutes to the closest beach. 45 minutes to Melbourne CBD. 1 hour to Phillip Island and the famous penguin parade, Seals cove, and surf beaches. You will be 40minutes  from the brand new Gumbya World theme park, 50 minutes from the Yarra Valley Wine region and 2 hours away from the magnificent Wilsons Promontory National Park, just to name a few of my favorite places. :)

Zu mir nach Hause kommen

you will fly into Tullamarine Airport in Melbourne and take the air shuttle to the CBD and a train to Beaconsfield. or catch a Taxi or potentially pick up our car from the airport parking. 
The drive can be well over an hour in peak times, so the amount of joy driving will bring would depend on the time of the flights

Hallo, ich bin Shanae, ich bin Krankenschwester und Hebamme mit Postgraduiertendiplomen in Familien- und Kindergesundheit. Mein Mann Marc betreibt ein Elektro-Contracting-Geschäft.
Wir haben 3 wunderschöne Kinder, Junge 11, Mädchen 10 und kleiner Junge 6. Sie sind alle sehr sportlich und mit einem britischen Vater sind meine Jungs fußballverrückt!
Auf die Frage, wohin sie am liebsten auf der Welt gehen würden, sagten sie England, weil sie den Fußball sehen wollen! Als sie gefragt wurden, ob sie zum Fußball oder ins Disneyland gehen wollten, entschieden sie sich immer noch für Fußball!!
Das passt zu mir, weil ich in meinen frühen 20ern in London gelebt habe und es nächstes Jahr 20 Jahre her sein wird, seit ich mich auf dieses Abenteuer verlassen habe, und wenn ich darüber nachdenke, bin ich sehr nostalgisch und möchte unbedingt zurückkehren.
Ich habe kürzlich etwas über den Wohnungstausch erfahren und dachte, dies wäre der perfekte Weg, um so viel wie möglich von der Welt zu sehen und gleichzeitig unser schönes Zuhause mit einigen von Ihnen zu teilen. Ich freue mich darauf, unseren Teil der Welt zu teilen und Ihnen dabei zu helfen, das Beste aus allen Wundern zu machen, die wir hier in Melbourne und in ganz Victoria haben :)

Wir würden gerne irgendwann im nächsten Jahr mit einer Familie in Großbritannien, London und Umgebung unseren Haustausch-Lebensstil beginnen, aber wir sind wirklich offen für überall auf der Welt! Wir würden idealerweise 3-6 Wochen über die Schulferien Ostern oder September bleiben, würden uns aber auch freuen, im europäischen Winter zu kommen, damit Sie Australien im Sommer erleben können!
