Panoramica generale

Big architect designed villa with huge playroom with home cinema (watch movies, Playstation, YouTube etc), ping table, fussball table, 2 Playstation Pro´s and more located in an expensive neighborhood and very
child-friendly area with walking distance to the forest (10 seconds by foot) and the beach (1 minute by foot).
Our villa has large windows and watershed facade (white). Throughout the villa there is high ceiling and underfloor heating. 
Entrance hall with a fantastic light - large brand new family kitchen with prof. coffee machine (your own Starbucks maschine - take a look at the pictures) and a Quooker (instant steam water) and a room divider consisting of a fireplace with a see-through to the living room. From the dining area there is access to the garden and evening sun terrace where our ig Weber gas grill is ready for use. We have an outdoor shower just outside the kitchen to the right with warm and cold water - hope you will enjoy.. The sunken living room open plan family room, high ceilings and large windows which give the room a natural light. 
The 3 children's rooms are all with a loft and built-in cabinets. Visitor-wc with bath and parents room with access to a private bathroom with shower and bathtub. Great spacious garden made entirely of grass - lawn kept with a robotic lawn mower. 
Furthermore, there is 4 waveboards, 7 wetsuits, 1 inflatable paddleboard, 1 electric scooter, 1 seg board, a buried trampoline, 1 football goal (not the one in the picture), a play set with 2 swings and a slide. And in the shed outside you can find impellers, bicycles, toys for the beach.

There is a lovely creek by the house where the kids can dip their toes - and build small caves .. super cozy :o) NO SWIMMING!

In the house; LG 55' OLED TV in the living room with Netflix access if you bring your own code. Wii consol in the kids rooms. There is a Sonos music system and we have wifi throughout the house.

Attractions and things to do
•	High Park and the Pancake house (10 km) – tree climbing and nice pancakes afterwards
•	Jump A Lot  - giant in- and outdoor playground (8 km)
•	Universe (56 km) – really exciting place both for adults and children
•	Hans Christian Andersens house in Odense (125 km) 
•	Odense Zoo (125 km)
•	Rømø (65 km) - a small island with the greatest beach. Recommended, if the weather is hot
•	The city of Aarhus (155 km) – The second largest city in Denmark. Really great shopping street, Tivoli Friheden and Den Gamle By.
•	Dybbøl Banke (30 km) – experiences about the war in 1864
•	Hjemsted Oldtidspark (60 km) – a lively Iron Age village
•	LEGOland (100 km). We highly recommend staying a night at the theme legoland hotel. The kids love it! Consider 2 days visiting legoland.
•	Givskud Lion Zoo (97 km)
•	Djurs sommerland (198 km)
•	Randers Regnskov – exotic animals and indoor rainforest (184 km)
•	Jump house Flensborg (large indoor trampolin park) –  (37 km)
•	Copenhagen – the capital of Denmark (288 km)

There are many woods surrounding Aabenraa. All of them are public and can be used at all times, also with bicycles. You are welcome to use our mountainbikes!
 
The beach near by our house is called Sønderstrand. It has the blue flag (means perfect bathing water). There is a great restaurant on the beach (Under Sejlet), which we can recommend, also great with children as they eat all courses half price, and they can play on the playground right outside the window. 

There are many playgrounds around the city and all of them are free. One of the best is the Agora. If you go here, be sure to bring scooters and skateboard for the children from our shed.

Nearby (5 minutes drive) there is also a field where you can pick your own strawberries. And while you are picking the strawberries, all of you are welcome to eat as many strawberries you can eat :o)

The location of our house is incorrect on the map - but it is close. We live on the other side and closer to the beach. The street is ´Fjordvej´ on the map.

Our villa is on a closed road in a peaceful, child-friendly and expensive neighborhood with few homes.
