A very nice appartment of 115m2 in the Rivierenbuurt of Amsterdam. One of the most sympathetic neighbourhoods of Amsterdam. In the southern part near the lively 'Pijp' and the Museum Mile. With good public transport and near the Amsterdam ring which offers you great access by car.

The appartment consists of two floors. One with the living room, dining room (en suite), kitchen, master bedroom, bathroom, toilet and gaming room (75m2). On the second floor the're two bedrooms with three beds with seperate toilet and shower (40m2).

Accesso ospite

The entrance is one stairs outside and another inside. Both are spacious.

Quartiere

The neighbourhood is called the 'Rivierenbuurt' which is truly a nice area to live with lots of (city) green, bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants, terraces and a just 15-20 minute walk to the famous canal district. There is also a bike rental, just around the corner which offers you the best way to see Amsterdam.

Andare in giro

Supermarket(s) is a two minute walk. You also find nice shops in the neighbourhood. There is a metro/subway a 5 minute walk near the RAI convention centre which brings you to Central Station in 10 minutes. Also by car the appartment is easily accessable.
