Panoramica generale

The house is located within Tenute Costadoria, an agricultural and agritourism estate on the north coast of Sardinia, overlooking the Gulf of Asinara. It’s a comfortable and welcoming accommodation, perfect for those seeking tranquility, a connection with nature, and an authentic stay. The villa is part of our agriturismo, which also features a restaurant serving traditional dishes made with zero-kilometer products from our farm. Guests can also join guided tastings in our winery and discover our DOC wines, produced with care in the surrounding vineyards. A stay here offers a simple, natural, and relaxing experience, with the convenience of having the sea, the pool, and the authentic flavors of Sardinia all within easy reach. Although my family and I have chosen to live in Cagliari where our primary home is, our roots are in northern Sardinia. I grew up in the same area of this little farm/resort, where my parents still live, so I know this area inside out. I’ll be happy to share tips and insights about the surroundings, helping you discover the best this beautiful region has to offer.

Lo spazio

From the veranda, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and the heated pool, both just a few steps away from the villa. Inside, the space is functional and well-organized: a bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms—one of which is a double—and a modern bathroom with all the essentials. Outside, the villa offers a private parking area and a barbecue space, perfect for hosting outdoor meals while soaking in the peaceful surroundings.

The nearby beaches of San Pietro and Badesi are easily accessible, providing ideal spots for swimming, sunbathing, and water sports. The coastline here is characterized by soft, golden sands and shallow waters, making it perfect for families and those seeking a quiet seaside escape. Beyond the coastline, the area offers a variety of activities and attractions. Guests can enjoy scenic hikes through the surrounding hills, where the fragrant Mediterranean maquis—wild rosemary, juniper, and myrtle—fills the air. For those interested in wellness, the Casteldoria Thermal Baths, just a short drive away, provide a natural spa experience with warm, therapeutic waters flowing from the Coghinas River.
