Panoramica generale

We have a large 5 bedroom home with a large sunny yard backing onto a golf course in a small family friendly community.

Lo spazio

We have 4 bedrooms upstairs. The master has a large en suite with shower and jacuzzi tub. One bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. One has a daybed with a trundle. One has a bunk bed with a trundle. A crib is available upon request. There is a second full bathroom and upstairs laundry on the upper level. The main floor has a large kitchen and eating area, dining room, two living rooms, a half bath and a sun room. Our basement is semi-finished with an additional bedroom with a bunk bed, craft area and large children's play area. The backyard has a play structure, trampoline and zipline.

We live in a small community 25 minutes from the City of Calgary and 45 minutes from the Rocky Mountain towns of Kananaskis, Canmore and Banff. We live in an are with plentiful opportunities for hiking, biking, cross country skiing and many other outdoor activities,

You will need a car to access the surrounding areas. Groceries and othr necessities can be accessed in the hamlet of Bragg Creek, 5 minutes drive a way. Major services are 20 minutes + away by car. No public transit available

Siamo una famiglia di 10 persone che ama stare nella natura ed esplorare i luoghi che visitiamo. Probabilmente passeremo pochissimo tempo a "casa" oltre a dormire ei nostri figli sono abbastanza abituati a dormire insieme e usare i sacchi a pelo sul pavimento.
